I am finding that with F6 cappuccinos, you can get great toffee and caramel notes with nuts lots of milk chocolate right now.The shots are strangely sweet, fruity & rich with great body. Love that coffee!
Monsooned Malabar
Exposed to the monsoon winds for a few weeks the coffee flavors become richer and smoother. Monsooned Malabar coffee is full bodied , very low acidity with a spicy, musky, woody flavour.
BSCA Fazenda Sertãozinho
Pulped natural (filter profile)
Just all sweet, not by any means bright or sour, just comparable to a sweet, baked apple pudding. Buttery texture and predictably as this cools it is a little cocoa like. Great in the french press.
